Pricing and Payment
- Price: $2,988 all-in with airfare.
- Mode of payment:
- Reservation: $550 deposit (non-refundable).
- Full payment 45 days before the travel dates.
- Balance is non-refundable.
- Single supplement: $600.
- Reservation fee to be deducted from the total tour package fee.
- In case of visa refusal, the travel agent reserves the right to forfeit the reservation fee and charge supplement as may apply.
Exclusions
- Schengen Visa Fee: Php 10,500.
- Airline Tax: $180 (subject to change).
- Travel Insurance.
- Personal expenses: drinks, excess baggage, meals not stated in the itinerary, and others.
Terms and Conditions
- All Downpayments are non-refundable.
- Full Cancellation Charges if any cancellation is made 30 days before the travel date.
- For Force Majeure and Gov’t Restriction, for rebooking only. Subject to hotel and airline policy and availability.
- Deviation/Extension is not allowed.
- If the group falls below 30, we have the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, or a supplement fee may apply.
